Uniting the legal industry to combat climate change
This is a visual identity concept for '1 Million Hours', a global initiative being launched by Pinsent Masons to enable everyone in the legal industry to have a direct impact on climate change by pledging actual working hours as a form of donation.
The branding potential with a concept like '1 Million Hours' initally felt as equally challenging as it did exciting.
Where to start with such a big idea? I chose to narrow the focus and create a logomark that would succinctly convey the idea in a multitude of ways.
With this direction, I sought to create something that would break away from typical corporate branding so often seen in the law industry. Instead, I saw this as an opportunity for Pinsent Masons to create and promote something big and bold. Afterall, if you can't shout about climate change, then when can you?
